Established by Kinga A. Lovasz in 2007, Management and Leasing Services, Inc. set out to be a unique property management company dedicated to the ultimate in personal service, communication and dedication to our owners. With over 35 years of Property Management experience, Kinga offers customized management options to suit your needs.

We will work evening and weekends with your managers in making certain that your properties are 100% full, running smooth and efficiently. We have no hidden fees and do not take any kickbacks from our vendors thus assuring the best prices and service for you. Our property management agreement is month to month and our fee is simply the management fee.

Our Maintenance Services are not in-house. We have maintenance technicians, painters, plumbers, etc. and all vendors are 1099. We have searched for reputable vendors with great prices and quality services. In addition, we can use your vendors as well. We are not committed to anyone.
